The People’s Pig started as Cliff Allen’s desire to bring good food to everyone.  Cliff has spent years bustin’ chops, especially the pork variety, and decided to go into business for himself. 

Cliff has acquired his culinary skills and practices from childhood and began harvesting inspiration from his travels to create his own distinct style of fresh and innovative cuisine.  The People’s Pig is now the platform to serve his amazing food done right.

Every sandwich Cliff creates is not only distinctive, but delicious. All the meat is prepared on site from hormone and anti-biotic free pork. Great food can come from a truck.
